Bonika Wilson

President

Bonika is a President and CEO of Wilson Capital Management, Inc. She leads business development in Georgia and the Carolinas and provides leadership to a team of consultants who pride themselves on leveraging analytics to offer innovative solutions to complex change initiatives and strategic planning.

Over twenty years of experience guiding business through complex and organizational challenges coupled with Bonika’s background in banking and financial services, results in operational excellence transformations that improve clients’ bottom line. Bonika takes a systematic and strengths-based approach to enterprise effectiveness by helping teams understand that people are at the core of structural and cultural change. Her work includes developing dynamic and highly functional teams through coaching as well as leadership and diversity and inclusion training. Additionally, Bonika works with companies to provide cognitive bias training that is grounded in an evidence-based psychological approach.

Prior to Wilson Capital Management, she spent over fourteen years in the financial services sector, including serving as senior vice president at SunTrust Bank. Bonika received her BA from Virginia State University and a MA in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Development from The George Washington University Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Bonika has a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University. Wilson co-founded I am My Brothers/Sisters Keeper; a 501C3 nonprofit organization that focuses on mentoring economically challenged teenagers. She holds several board positions, which include YWCA of Greater Atlanta and Leading-Edge Institute while also serving on The Voice Committee for Greater Women’s Business Council. In addition, she works with numerous nonprofit organizations on fund development and strategic planning. Bonika has been recognized as a 2009 Brava Women of The Year nominee by Smart CEO magazine, 2009 Impact Award honoree by The George Washington University, 2010 Top 100 under 50 Executive Leader by Diversity MBA Magazine, Who’s Who of Alabama 2011, Ten on Top by Birmingham Market Magazine 2011, 2012 Minority Business of the Year by Cox Media, 2012 Smart Woman by The Women’s Fund of Central Alabama, Top 40 Under 40 by Birmingham Business Journal, 2013 Women of Distinction by The Girl Scouts, 2013 Women Who Make A Difference by The Birmingham News, 2013 Top CEO by the Business Journal and 2015 Power List by the Story Exchange.

Ebony serves as WCM Firm’s Chief Administrative Officer and has been an integral part of supporting the strategy and growth of WCM Firm.

Ebony provides in managing operations of the organization and long-term planning. She oversees the virtual expansion of the business. In addition, she supports crisis management, risk planning and supports the HR consulting for our clients. Utilizing her strong collaboration, communication and organizational development skills, Ebony has been critical to the firm’s business development strategy.

Ebony has an extensive background in the financial and insurance industry and has served in leadership within both of those industries. Ebony earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia State University. She continues to be a leader in her community and enjoys coaching her daughter’s basketball team when she is not spending time with her husband Andre and their three beautiful children.

Chief of Staff

LaReese Harrison is a leading expert in consulting and managing projects with over 17 years of experience. Her project management background meshed with her robust knowledge in Information Technology has produced great results for fortune 500 companies.

As the Chief of Staff, LaReese ensures that WCM Firm, Inc. operates seamlessly while continuing to increase earnings. LaReese brings value to clients by guiding and driving the end result and aligning the approach to the goals of the client’s organization. She has worked in the private sector as well as with many government agencies. As COS at WCM Firm, LaReese's responsibilities include assisting the CEO with aligning daily task with the mission of the organization, in addition she is primarily responsible for management of project personnel and overseeing daily consulting operations.

LaReese, obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Norfolk State University and her Masters in Electronic Commerce from University of Maryland, College Park.

LaReese is very active and engaged in her Virginia community, Delta Sigma Theta, Jack and Jill of America, Big Brother Big Sister and is currently on the Board of I am My Sister’s Keeper.

Project Manager

Kayla is a Project Manager with WCM Firm. Her background in psychology allows her to bring organization and capacity to WCM Firm’s daily work.

Kayla provides assistance to the partners and consultants across all service lines while supporting the company with business development, best practice research and operations. Kayla also brings creativity to our work by creating high impact materials to support our client delivery team.

Kayla graduated from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing her MBA at UNC Charlotte. Kayla has served in many leadership roles during her time at Georgia State University. Kayla is also an entrepreneur and spends time business planning, researching and exploring the fashion and makeup industry.

Tiffany McGee is a high energy, enterprising and technically skilled attorney with comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience of over 17 years with complex contract drafting and negotiations, primarily in the high-tech industry.

She is a Senior In-house Counsel for Accenture LLP and has a proven track record in providing legal services to large North American resources, computer technology, pharmaceutical, financial institutions, capital markets clients and insurance companies with annual portfolio gross revenues of over $300M. She is a proven leader with a multidisciplinary repertoire of skills and competencies for legal and business management, relationship building and leading teams.

She is an excellent communicator with a proven ability for working independently with C-Suite executives. She is engaging, insightful, and respectful with a polished delivery style that creates stimulating learning laboratories.

Mrs. McGee graduated with a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Health Science and Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

She has a strong commitment to civic and community involvement and served as the CoMo Tiger Moms, Jack and Jill Provisional Group – President and Board Member, Immediate Past President and Board Member of the Jack and Jill, Inc, the Greater Champaign – Urbana Chapter, former Board Member for the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club and she maintains membership in the Chicago Bar Association and is a facilitator for the Constitutional Rights Foundation.

She is married to Garrick McGee, Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks college football coach and the mother of two upstanding young sons, Cameron (9) and Grant (8) poised to make a mark on the next generation.
