When people tell me, "our company can't afford diversity training right now", my response is, "your company can't afford to forgo diversity training, especially RIGHT NOW!
As organizations realize the benefits of a diverse workforce, diversity and inclusion are becoming more of a business imperative. Organizations are creating diversity and inclusion programs, establishing diversity task forces or employee resource groups, hiring diversity officers, and conducting diversity training in the workplace.

Wilson Featured in Shelby Living
Shelby County resident Bonika Wilson is an entrepreneur, wife, mother and author. In late 2000, she co-founded WCM Firm, a human capital management-consulting firm. She received a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Virginia State University and a master's degree in HRD/organizational behavior from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she now lives in Greystone with her husband and children. She is involved with the Greystone Ladies Club, Greystone Ladies Golf Association and numerous charities, and is a co-founder of the non-profit organization, I Am My Brother's/Sister's Keeper.
